Appeals regarding the use of credit card facilities as a means of payment

Dear customers, we would like to remind you on cash swipe transactions activities. The activities are not in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No.14/2/2012 regarding the Implementation of Card-Based Payment Instrument Activities (APMK).
If Bank identifies activities that are considered suspicious and not in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No.14/2/2012. Bank has the right to block or close the customer's account.

Information regarding extension period of credit card minimum payment and late penalties

Dear valued customer, in accordance with Bank Indonesia Press Release No.26/254/DKom, the policy regarding the Minimum Payment Limit by Credit Card Holders is set at 5% of the total bill and The Late Payment Penalty Policy is set at 1% of the total bill with maximum of IDR100,000, extended until June 30, 2025.
